 Guarantee Policy:

McGregor's Cleaning Services wants you to be completely satisfied with every cleaning. If you are not satisfied, McGregor's Cleaning Services will come back to your home and reclean said items, at no additional charge. All request must be made within 24 hours of your cleaning.

  • Business Hours, Holidays And Weather:

  • Business hours fall between the hours of 8 AM. and 4 PM.

  •  McGregor's Cleaning Services can not give specific times, as we can not guarantee specific times accurately.

  •  McGregor's Cleaning Services does not do business on Holidays, if your scheduled day falls on a holiday McGregor's Cleaning Services will call to reschedule.

  • Schedule cleanings will be canceled due to inclement weather.  McGregor Cleaning Services will call to reschedule with in 24 hours.

  •  Liability Policy;

  • McGregor's Cleaning Services and it's employees agree to provide services stated in this agreement in a reliable and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition there of, the client waives any and all claims against McGregor's Cleaning Services and/or it's employees, unless there is negligence on the part of McGregor's Cleaning Services.

  • Every effort is made to be as careful as possible with your items, however, accidents do happen. Notification must be made within 24 hours of breakage/loss of any items. Items witch are antique, irreplaceable, hard to find, ect. Are not covered by our breakage policy. Please remove these items before your cleaning.

  • McGregor's Cleaning Services does not use ladders or move items more then 30 lbs. to protect us and our employees from injury. If you would like cleaning behind heavy objects, please move prior to cleaning.

  •  McGregor's Cleaning Services does not use bleach. If client request the use of bleach, McGregor's Cleaning Services is not responsible for any damages it may cause.

  • McGregor's Cleaning Services is not responsible for damages incurred by the installation of any objects. All surfaces are assumed sealed. If you now of any surfaces not sealed, you must notify us so that we may clean properly.

  • Business Policies:

  • McGregor's Cleaning Services does not clean animal droppings, human feces, or other similar bio-hazard's.

  • Betty McGregor's Cleaning Services prefes that alarms are kept off for the day of cleaning. If it must be on and the alarm is triggered. Betty McGregor's Cleaning Services is not responsible for any fees associated with alarm.

  • McGregor's Cleaning Services agrees to keep ant keys and other client information secure and confidential. Locksmith fees are paid only if McGregor's Cleaning Services misplaces the key.

  • Cleaning rates are subjected to change as the condition of your home changes. Additional services need to be requested in advance so we can schedule the additional time and supplies needed.

  • If you would like to hire a past or present McGregor's Cleaning Services employee for any house cleaning services outside of your agreement with McGregor's Cleaning Services, our referral fee is $1,000. All employees of Betty McGregor's Cleaning Services are under a non-compete contract during and for a period of one year after their employment.

  • Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation must be received 24 hours prior to scheduled service, or half of your cleaning fees will be applied. And must be paid by your next cleaning. This includes instances where we cannot access your home or any employee feels their personal safety is at risk due aggressive pets or actions by any individual on the premises.

  • Payment Arrangement:

  • The Payment for all services performed by McGregor's Cleaning Services under this agreement shall be paid by customer as followed:

  • Payments are expected at the time services are rendered. A $20 non-payment fee will apply if payment is not received within 24 hours of services. There will be a 10% finance fee add on for every payment later then 7 days that will accrued monthly. We have the right to discontinue services until payment is made.

  • Customer is aware that they will be responsible to pay all necessary fees if collection and/or court action is required to collect payment.

  • Bad Check Policy:

  • A $20 fee is assessed on all returned checks. All fees are due promptly
